S.K.S.C.Nadarajan & Bror. (ISO 9001 certified) – We are in the business of salt since 1942. One of the leading manufacturers and exporters of a wide range of Edible salt, Industrial salt and gypsum. All edible products are manufactured with graded high-quality raw material that make our products pure and safe for consumption.
We are the first ever firm to commission manufacturing of iodized salt in the Southern region of India in the year 1984.
State of Art, fully automated Salt Refinery with capacity to manufacture 8000 MT / annum was commissioned in the year 2000. The refinery capacity was increased to 25000 tons per annum in the year 2012. Under the initiative by third generation entrepreneurs, the firm became ISO 9001 certified in the year 2024.
About Management
The group was founded by Mr. S.K.S.Chinnathurai Nadar in the year 1942. Salt, Hardware, Paint and Cement trading was the first business. His eldest son Mr. C.Shunmugakani M.A.,BL was instrumental in the group’s foray into manufacture of salt. His other son Mr. S.K.S.C.Nadarajan BSc took the initiative in becoming a industrialist in salt business along with his younger brother Mr. S.K.S.C.Arunachalam BSc, MA., In the initiative the company further expanded the salt business from raw salt harvesting to manufacture of Iodised salt and Refined salt. S.K.S.C.NADARAJAN & BROR. is the first ever firm to commission manufacturing of iodized salt in the Southern region of India in the year 1984. Currently the business is operated by third generation entrepreneurs Mr. S.K.S.C.N.Dharmaraj B.com, Mr. A.Prem Anand B.E, MBA and Mr. N.D.Mahes RajaDurai B.Tech, MBA (Supply Chain & Logistics Management).
